nRF52832 远程兼职

I would like to design a device with a Nordic nRF52832 or any processor that could do the following tasks:
- scan the area around and collect the BLE mac address of other device of the same family type of device, any device that is in-between 2 meters, not more. based on the RSSI.
- Store all the BLE information of the day until it has been synchronized.
- Have 3leds, red to show that the batteries is low, to blink every few minutes to say all is good, blue every time it starts to scan.
- The scan should be working only when the device is moving by getting info from the xyz position.
- Every night, or anytime, the device gets closed to the master collector, it will deliver all the mac-address scanned from the last time it has been synchronized.
The aspect of the device:
- The device will have no screen.
- It will have have a battery with a big capacity, something like 1500mha
Other:
- SDK should be available to the dev-team for the back office or App development.

delivery of the project should be:
- Altium full with BOM
- firmware source
- SDK (if needed)
