1. Developed a pipeline for prediction in supply and demand from scratch using Holtwinters, Catboost and DNN, and increased precision and recall of prediction in supply and demand by 18% and 9% respectively.
2. Constructed a pipeline for prediction in online-time presence of drivers using AutoEncoder, Lstm and DNN with multi-head attention from scratch and increased R-square of online-time presence by 0.2.
3. Established a pipeline for naked-man prediction with DenseNet and Iifted precision and recall of naked-man prediction by 3% and 7% respectively.
4. Built a pipeline of detecting potential users for User Contacts of Huanbei app with DBSCAN.
Tried BiLstm + CRF in named entity recognition of Chinese name and get a F1-score of 89.6%.
5. Performed Quant analysis in stock prediction with Xgboost and Lstm.
6. Increased precision and recall by 15.4% and 7% in stock prediction in comparison with baseline model.
7. Joined Numerai competition and got top 90 from over 1000 competitors with GMM model.
Participated in Kaggle competition--Serbank Housing Price and got top 7% with Xgboost stacked with DNN.
