Both plans are fully compliant, with complete contract chains meeting domestic tax law requirements. Employees receive RMB payments from a domestic company account without needing foreign exchange settlement.
Plan 1 incurs a service fee of $490 in addition to the employer's labor cost (pre-tax salary + employer's social security contributions). If the employee is recruited by Shixian, a separate recruitment service fee is applicable.
Plan 2 includes individual income tax and service fee within the 12% charge. Generally, the service fee is paid by the company, meaning the employee's net monthly salary equals their gross salary. If the talent is recommended by Shixian, the fee is 16%.
Note: This service requires a minimum of three employees per company (or payment equivalent to the service fee for three employees).
Plan 1 is suitable for employees who require social security and full-time employee status. The employer's labor cost is higher, and the employee's net income is slightly lower compared to Plan 2.
Plan 2 is suitable for employees who do not need social security and prefer a higher net income.
